Development and Design Consulting

We develop the design brief at this stage which guides the architect to design according to the project requirements.
We also determine the design efficiency and prepare total development cost to serve as a guide for all stakeholders.

As professionals, we understand what each part of the team needs to do within the whole. We are also specialists in management – skilled in keeping a team moving forward, whatever the bottlenecks, through the five main stages of a project.
We establish the business strategy and desired outcomes right at the inception stage and carry this through the planning and execution phase.
We monitor progress and report on actual against planned and devise corrective measures to operate within constraints.At project closeout, we document the lessons learnt which becomes a knowledge repository for future projects.
We report on KPIs in tandem with standards set up by PMI and AACE in a dashboard format.

Following Financial Feasibility and Closure, market research and technical advice on the project moves from conception to the construction phase, where our professional and technically qualified personnel produce reports and also report on a monthly basis to portfolio and asset teams, and generally act to protect the interests of Funders.

We have exceptional experience in advising developers, banks, investors and insurers alike in respect of identifying viable property, real estate construction and other related developments. This expertise is applied to both the public and private sector by providing pre-acquisition and construction surveys and by conducting and preparing thorough feasibility reports & giving finance advice for construction project investments.

Technical due diligence for funders offering debt finance to a PPP Project compliments the legal,financial and insurance due diligence undertaken as part of the overall project evaluation.
Our experience across the various sectors means that our technical advice on projects assists funders offering debt finance to gain the necessary credit committee approval prior to financial closure.

Our legal support group comprises highly experienced construction professionals skilled in the technical analysis of construction disagreements or disputes and in the professional analysis of the contractual responsibilities and liabilities of the parties involved. Our analysis is accompanied by practical, cost effective and pragmatic advice to the client to ensure the swift – yet forensically thorough – dispatch of issues. We deal with a wide range of contractual issues and assessments at all stages of construction and civil engineering works.
